Overview

Ontomaton is a Google MarketPlace App developed by Eamonn Maguire, ISA Team, at the University of Oxford.

Ontomaton allows ontology markup in Google Spreadsheet by accessing the following vocabulary services:

• NBCO Bioportal
• EMBL-EBI Ontology Lookup Service
• Linked Open Vocabularies catalogue
